Carol A. D’Artagnan is a Human Resource Information System Analyst at Miami Children’s Hospital. Ms. D’Artagnan has attained the highest level of membership to the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Women of the Year and has been recognized for outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.
With her extensive experience as a user of software packages, Ms. D’Artagnan has distinguished herself as being capable of a full spectrum of the applications. Her experience includes Oracle, HR, payroll, recruitment, Taleo, Peoplesoft, Lawson and Virtual Edge.
Ms. D’Artagnan’s career began as an HRMS Consultant with Pillowtex where she performed initial requirements analysis to determine functional solutions into Oracle HRMS. Besides her thorough testing of HRMS, she developed Macros and SQL scripts for loading of historical data from the legacy system. She also developed training user guides and facilitated training to HR and payroll end users. At her position as a HRMS Senior Analyst with Experian, she provided lead system administrative support for Taleo Recruitment System for Americas, UK and France. At Cysco Linksys, Ms. D’Artagnan’s primary function was as System Administrator of Oracle HRMS application. Her Taleo experience garnered her various consultant positions at ADT Security Services, Con-Way Enterprise Services and Pyramid Consulting.
In her present position as HRIS Analyst-Taleo System Administrator for Miami Children’s Hospital, Ms. D’Artagnan provides customer support to over 3,000 employees resolving issues and providing training on how to use the Taleo products. She is heavily relied upon for her expert capabilities and works closely with the IT department. Ms. D’Artagan is currently working on a comprehensive project for improving “recruiting software and is focusing on her future goal of obtaining System Administrator certification.
